摘要
针对军用飞机品质评估工作现状,提出了一种综合的军用飞机品质评估方法。结合部队装备保障中的各类信息,建立了品质评估用指标体系;利用层次分析法和专家打分法,计算各指标的权重,利用集对分析法建立了一种综合的军用飞机品质评估模型;经实际使用,该方法评估结果准确、可信;该方法可为军用飞机的品质评估工作提供参考。
Based on the evaluation condition of military aircraft, a comprehensive evaluation method of aircraft was put forward. An index system was built for military aircraft＇ s quality evaluation using the information of logistics support. A comprehensive method on quality evaluation for military aircraft was built, and it used analytic hierarchy process and expert grading to compute each index＇ s weight and used set pair analysis （SPA） to build the evaluation model. The result of evaluation using this method was proved to be accurate and believable according to the actual application. This method can be used to evaluate the quality of military aircraft.
