摘要
针对传统分立电子元件模拟自毁技术的功耗高、可靠性较差,提出了一种基于电荷平衡原理的引信模拟自毁电路。该电路利用电荷平衡原理取能,辅以负电压计时模块和正电压起爆模块完成自毁功能。仿真计算和试验验证表明,该电路功耗低、计时精度高、体积小、可靠性高。
Aiming at the low reliability and high power consumption of discrete electronic components, a analog circuit of fuze self-destruction was designed based on the principle of charge balance. Obtaining the energy on the basis of the charge balance principle, the circuit can realize the function of self-destruction with negative voltage timing module and positive voltage ignition module. The simulation and the experiment both prove that the circuit have advantages of low power consumption, high timing accuracy, small size and high reliability.
