摘要 建立嵌入式共固化网格阻尼结构复合材料的有限元数值模拟模型,提出了用改进的应变能法分析该网格结构的阻尼特性;通过对比所得模拟数据与实验结果,表明该模拟方法的有效性,再用验证了的模型和方法分别研究了不同几何参数对整体结构模态损耗因子和频率的影响,相关结论对嵌入式共固化网格阻尼结构复合材料的动力学性能理论预估具有重要指导意义。 The finite element numerical simulation model of the embedded co-cured gridded damping structure composites was presented in detail and the first order modal damping loss factor of the grid structure was analyzed by the modified strain energy method. The experimental data are in good agreement with the simulation results by comparation, which indicates that the simulation model and method are very validity. By using the verified model and method, the effects of different geometric parameters on the overall structure modal loss factor and frequency were investigated deeply. The conclusion has very important guiding significance to forecast dynamic performance of the embedded co-cured gridded damping structure composites.
