摘要
探讨短期睡眠缺失对非体育专业学生运动耐力、运动峰值心率及运动后心率恢复的影响。以非体育专业男生(10名)为研究对象,在正常睡眠和24 h睡眠缺失后分别进行Bruce方案的跑台运动,检测运动过程中受试者峰值心率运动后30 s、1 min、3 min、5 min的心率,计算运动后30 s、1 min、3 min、5 min的心率恢复HRR(heart rate recovery)及心率恢复与峰值心率百分比HRR%。结果发现:24 h睡眠缺失可降低非体育专业男生机体心自主神经系统的调节能力,降低副交感神经系统张力,增加交感神经系统张力,降低运动能力。
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of acute sleep deprivation on heart rate recovery in non-sports specialty students. Ten non-sports specialty students were evaluated. Treadmill exercise was applied once after a night with regular sleep and once after a night shift. The HRR was calculated as the reduction in heart from peak exercise to the 30 th second,1st minute,3rd minute and 5th minute. 24-hour sleep deprivation blunts cardiovascular autonomic response, blunted parasympathetic response and augmented sympathetic response in non-sports specialty students.
