摘要 为解决轴类件楔横轧过程中的凹心问题,提高材料的使用效率,采用DEFORM-3D软件建立闭开联合楔横轧的有限元模型,并通过网格法对闭开联合楔横轧过程中的金属流动规律进行了阐释,分析了轧件各阶段应力应变分布.创新使用挡楔和二次闭式轧制的方法,通过闭式阶段塑造坯料端部形状,为开式阶段轧制提供凹心补偿.模拟结果表明,基于挡楔和二次闭式的闭开联合楔横轧可以有效减少甚至消除轧后端部凹心,为实现楔横轧的无料头生产提供了理论依据. In order to solve the problems with concaves found in the shaft-part cross wedge rolling process, and improve the material utilization, the finite element model of closed-open cross wedge rolling is established using software Deform-3D. The metal flow characteristics of the closed-open cross wedge rolling is elucidated using the grid method, and the stress and strain at various stages of the piece are analyzed. Using the new methods of block-wedge and twice closed rolling, the billet end is shaped in the closed rolling which provides compensation to the concaves in the open rolling. The results show that the closed-open cross wedge rolling based on the block-wedge and twice closed rolling can mitigate and even eliminate the side concaves, which provides a theoretical basis for the cross wedge rolling production free of concaves defects.
