县域工业化进程中各地类效益及空间变化研究—–以宁波市鄞州区为例

Variation of Benefits and Usage Types of Land Space in Process of Industrialization at County Level: A Case Study on Yinzhou District

利用Stata和Geo Da软件对鄞州区土地利用进行回归分析和空间分析,研究结果表明:(1)各地类的集聚层次性显著;(2)各地类的经济效益差距变大;(3)经济效益变化是影响土地利用变化的重要因素,由此提出提升土地利用效益应是调控土地利用方式的首要手段.

China has been in the process of rapid industrialization, in which the rational use of the land should be considered a prioritized issue. Yinzhou District between 1996 and 2008 progressed from its initial development to later industrialization. In this paper, the land use of Yinzhou District is analyzed using Stata and Geo Da software to conduct both the regression analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis. The outcomes indicate that：（1） The agglomeration of land usage types has a good hierarchy.（2） The gap of economic benefits among the different land usage types is becoming widened.（3） The economic benefit is one of the important factors that plays an important role in the change of land use.
