摘要
对"十二五"中期宁波市污水处理与再生利用设施现状进行了详细阐述.分析了设施建设与运行当中存在的主要问题及原因,提出了改善设施综合效能、加快建设污水管网、拓展污水再生出路和提升污泥处理水平的对策措施.
Based on reviewing the relevant terms on the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the mid-phase status-in-quo on wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities in Ningbo city is described in detail. The main problems and reasons for construction and operation of infrastructure are stated and analyzed. Countermeasures are proposed in a bid to improve the overall efficiency of facilities, including speeding up the construction of sewage network, expanding the outlet of wastewater reclamation, etc. The ultimate goal is to uplift the integrated level of sludge treatment in Ningbo city.
