地方高等教育发展与地区经济增长协调研究综述——以云南为研究重点

Literature Review of Coordination of Regional Higher Education and Economic Growth:Take Yunnan Province as Focus

国外高等教育与经济增长协调以及高等教育对当地经济影响的研究较为深入,形成了较成熟的理论。国内不乏高等教育与经济协调发展问题、高等教育发展对区域经济增长贡献的研究,但理论与实践研究还有欠缺,大都只是通过实证分析,提出相应的政策建议。我国地方高等教育发展与地区经济增长不协调的原因在于缺乏地方高等教育发展与地区经济增长协调的战略研究,及其系统的制度安排和机制设计。

Research on the coordination of foreign higher education and economic growth and the effects of higher education to local economy are thoroughly discussed and formed relatively mature theories. Although there is no lack of study of harmonious development of domestic higher education and local economy, and the the contribution of the development of higher education made on regional economic growth, research are mostly empirical analysis putting forward the corresponding policy suggestions. The reasons of inharmonious development of local higher education and regional economic growth in China remains in the shortage of the strategic studies, institutional arrangements and mechanism design of the coordination of local higher education and local economy growth.
