Study on the Construction of Ecological Government under the Perspective of Ecological Politics

全球生态危机使人类意识到生态问题成为危及人类安全的重大问题。世界各国在探索缓解生态危机、保护生态环境途径的过程中,逐渐将视角转向依靠政治手段解决生态问题上,即提出了生态政治及生态型政府的诉求。表现为实现人与自然和谐发展,坚持生态优先、生态善治成为生态文明背景下生态政治的基本价值取向,而生态政治的具体落实就是生态型政府的构建。

Global ecology crises make human being aware of that ecology issue turns out to be a major issue endangering humanity security. In the exploration of methods to alleviate ecology crisis and protect ecological environment, the world has gradually shifted the view of using political means to solve the ecology problems, namely, proposing the ecological politics and ecological government. Realizing the harmonious development of human and nature, and insisting on ecological priority and sound governance are the basic value orientations of ecological politics in the context of ecology civilization, and the establishment of ecological government is the practice of ecological politics.
