大学生“村官”创业的思考

Thinking of the Entrepreneurship of College Students "Village Official"

大学生"村官"带头创业既提高了其自身综合素质,缓解了"村官"流动过程中的再就业压力,推进了城乡人才流动,也提高了基层干部队伍素质,在一定程度上也推进了大学生"村官"流动工作的进展。但是当前大学生"村官"在创业过程中仍面临着找项目难、资金难、技术攻关难、能力不够等多方面的困境和难题。针对上述困境问题提出对策建议,以期为大学生"村官"创业工作提供有价值的参考意见。

The entrepreneurship of college students ＂village official＂ does not only improve students comprehensive qualities, alleviate the re-employment pressure of floating ＂village officials＂, and promote the talents flow between urban and rural, but also improves grass-roots cadres＇ quality, which boosts the flow work of college student ＂village officials＂ to certain extent. However, college student ＂village officials＂ are facing many problems during the entrepreneurship： difficulty of finding projects, financing and updating technology, as well as poor capability. Aiming at above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions for providing valuable references to the entrepreneurship of college students＂village officials＂.
