摘要
实施农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划是我国义务教育的一项重要举措。在对云南省农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划实施情况调研的基础上,从完善农村义务教育学生营养改善计划的食堂建设、建立动态标准、落实运行经费、加强食品安全监管、适应学生饮食习惯、注重营养性等方面进行探析。
It is an important measure of China's compulsory to carry out the compulsory students' nutrition improvement plan in rural areas. On the basis of the implementation research to compulsory students' nutrition improvement plan in rural area in Yunnan Province, this paper explores and analyzes the construction of dinning rooms, the establishment of a dynamic standard, the implementation of operating funds, the regulation of food safety, the adaptation of students' eating habits, and the attention to nutrition.
