摘要
目的:研究滇西地区29种药用植物提取物体外抗氧化活性。方法:将植物样品用75%乙醇和水依次进行提取,采用DPPH法测定各供试样品清除自由基的能力,以IC50值评价其活性。结果:在29种药用植物样品中,臭灵丹、滇白珠、反瓣老鹳草、午香草、昆明山海棠、大红袍、朝天罐、肿柄菊、滇黄芩等9种植物相关供试样品具有很好的抗氧化活性,其中反瓣老鹳草地下部分醇提物活性极好,IC50值仅为(4.1±0.1)μg/m L,好于阳性对照物维生素C。结论:反瓣老鹳草等9种植物显示出较好的抗氧化活性,具有进一步研究开发潜力与抗氧化药用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the antioxidant activity of 29 herbal medicines from West Yunnan. Methods: The 29 medicinal plants were extracted with 75% ethanol and water successively. DPPH assay were used to measure the antioxidant activity in vitro, and the results were expressed as IC50 values. Results: Nine plants, including Laggera pterodonta, Gaultheria leucocarpa, Geranium refractum, Anaphalis bulleyana, Tripterygium hypoglaucum, Campylotropis hirtella, Osbeckia opipara, Tithonia diversifolia, and Scutellaria amoena, had strong antioxidant activity. Among them, the ethanol extract of the underground part of G. refractum showed significant activity with an IC50value(4.1±0.1)μg/m L which was better than the IC50 value of positive control-vitamin C. Conclusion:Nine plants had antioxidant activity and revealed the potential for further study and development with medicinal purpose.
