心电图诊断不典型心肌梗死患者的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Atypical Myocardial Infarction Diagnosed by ECG

目的:观察不典型心肌梗死患者心电图特征,为心电图诊断不典型心肌梗死的可行性提供理论基础与实践依据。方法:采取回顾性分析,将腾冲县人民医院2011年3月至2014年12月接诊的160例(其中男84例,女76例)不典型心肌梗死患者作为研究对象。全体患者入院出诊均无明显心肌梗死临床症状,经心电图检测,结合血清生化检查结果,分析心电图诊断的准确性。结果:全体患者经心电图检测均已确诊为心肌梗死,采取血清生化检测验证结果,准确率高达100%。结论:心电图诊断用于检查不典型心肌梗死准确率高,能够为疾病的确诊与后期治疗提供可靠依据,适合于临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the ECG characteristics of atypical myocardial infarction and to provide both theoretical and practical support for ECG diagnosis of atypical myocardial infarction. Methods： 160 cases（84 male cases and 76 female cases）of atypical myocardial infarction received in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2014 were reviewed and analyzed. No patient showed obvious clinical symptoms of myocardial infarction when admitted to the hospital. The accuracy of ECG diagnosis was analyzed referring to ECG examination and results of biochemical blood test. Results： All patients were diagnosed as myocardial infarction. The accuracy of diagnosis is up to 100% when the result was verified by biochemical blood test. Conclusion： The accuracy of ECG diagnosis was high in diagnosing atypical myocardial infarction. ECG diagnosis can provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of atypical myocardial infarction and thus can be applied into clinical use.
