覆膜支架联合内膜下血管成形术治疗股浅动脉闭塞性病变24例 被引量:5

摘要 随着血管腔内治疗材料和技术的迅速发展,血管外科对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO)的腔内治疗也有了更新的认识和进展。内膜下血管成形(subintimal angioplasty,SA)术联合支架置入是治疗股浅动脉硬化闭塞的一种有效治疗方法,但是支架植入后再狭窄的问题一直困扰着血管外科医师。
