摘要 对于泛大西洋协作组织共识Ⅱ（Trans-Atlantic Inter-Society ConsensusⅡ，TASC11）D型股胭动脉病变，尤其是涉及到股浅、股深动脉分叉处闭塞性病变的处理，一直以来都困扰着血管外科医师。指南推荐应用旁路移植手术来治疗，但随着微创腔内介入技术的不断发展，
