在科学技术飞速发展的今天,羌族文化的传承与保护遇到巨大危机,如何在移动互联网环境下,实现与羌族文化的融合,更好地传承与保护羌族民族传统文化成为一项重大的研究课题。通过对移动互联网介入羌族文化传承与保护必要性的深度分析,进而揭示出移动互联网介入羌族文化传承与保护面临的具体难题,最终从政策倾斜、人才培养和加强宣传三个方面提出移动互联网介入羌族文化传承与保护的对策建议,以期能够使羌族文化得到有效传承与保护。

With today＇s rapid development of science and technology,the inheritance and protection of cultural heritage of the Qiang ethnic minority encounters a huge crisis： how to combine mobile Internet environment with the Qiang＇s culture so as to inherit and develop the culture of the Qiang ethnic minority. This paper undertakes a thorough analysis of the necessity of combining this job with mobile internet and its possible concrete difficulties. To achieve an efficient and successive inheritance and protection of the culture of the Qiang ethnic minority,this paper proposes a countermeasure from three aspects： favored policy,professional personnel cultivation and enhancing its promotion and publicity.
