The Shibi opera in Li County,an embodiment of the emotion,creed,life and history of the Qiang people,is an important approach to a scientific research of the culture of the Qiang ethnic minority. Based on an analysis of the art features and social values of the Shibi opera,this paper probes into the essential features of Shibi opera and displays its richness in feature as a vivid cultural heritage.
