基层社会组织参与社会治理创新的实践探索——以合肥市为例

An Empirical Study of Community Social Organization's Participating in Social Governance——Taking Hefei City as An Example

基于国内基层社会组织参与社会治理的相关研究文献,对合肥市基层社会组织参与社会治理的现状、制度环境、创新特色以及存在的问题进行探讨。在此基础上,提出进一步激发基层社会组织活力,提升合肥市基层社会组织参与社会治理能力的政策性建议。

Based on the relevant research literature of domestic social organizations to participate in grass-roots social governance,the status quo,system environment,innovation characteristics and existing problems in Hefei＇s community social organization＇s participating in grass- roots social governance are discussed,and the reasons of restricting the development of basic social organizations in Hefei city are analyzed. From that,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to further stimulate the vitality of social organizations,and to enhance basic social organization＇s capacity in participating in the grass- roots social governance.
