行政管理学是本科公共管理类学生重要的必修课程。文章从分析"行政管理"本科教学课程现存问题以及翻转课堂的概念引入为出发,探究如何在本科教学中有效利用翻转课堂这种新教学方法。并对翻转课堂教学的实施提出具体分析和建议。

Administration management is a compulsory course for the undergraduate students of the Public Management Department. In this paper, by analyzing the existing problems in the public management undergraduate teaching and the conception of Flipped Classroom. the authors explore how to effectively use the new teaching method—Flipped Classroom in undergraduate teaching courses of public management. Finally, putting forward the specific analysis and suggestions on the implementation of the model of flipped classroom.
