摘要
教师质量对于民族地区的教育发展具有极为重要的影响。《教师法》对于教师专业化发展也有明确的要求,规定教师作为履行教书育人的专职人员,应具有良好思想品德和业务素质,具有足够的文化知识。这一规定为教师的专业化发展指明了方向,同时也是对教师自身塑造的严格要求。民族高校在职教师专业化的发展和培养对于民族地区教育来说,是夯实基础的关键一步;也是民族高校在职教师自我完善、提高业务素质和职业技能技巧的过程。
The quality of teachers has a very important influence on the development of education in ethnic minority areas. There are specific requirements in Teacher's Law for the professional development of teachers: teachers as full-time teaching staff are required to have good moral and professional qualities, with sufficient cultural knowledge. This points out the direction for the professional development of teachers, but also for teachers to shape their own stringent requirements. The key step of building a solid foundation is to develop and cultivate teacher professional development in national universities. This development is the process of self-improvement of teachers and improvement of professional quality and skills.
