摘要
车身焊装生产线状态诊断对提高车身焊装质量和确定故障部位非常重要 ,而其中的难点就是检测过程中车身焊装生产线坐标系的建立。本文针对国内某型轿车焊装生产线 ,讨论了接力法、平移法和面延伸法等在复杂空间和测量机量程限制情况下的应用 。
Diagnosing of autobody assembly line is important to improve welding quality and make sure fault position, among those the most difficult work is how to establish coordinate system of autobody assembly line when measuring. This paper discusses application of relay, translation and plane extending in the condition of complex space and limit of range of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and introduces theory and application of aided tools such as translation height ruler and benchmark limit positioning ruler.
