Liu Cixin is one of the representative works of contemporary Chinese science fiction literature. He pursued the creation principle of ＂hard＂ science fiction, strictly following the logic of science fiction rules. His works have magnificent imagination and are widely praised. He consciously experimented writing, in order to create sci-fiworks different from the Western-styled sci-fiaesthetics, and with a unique Chinese theme and style. Although most of the novels are showned to be cold and zero-emotional, they still have the romantic realism of science fiction, which not only shows readers a unique sense of science fiction, but also reflects Liu Cixin＇s humanistic tribute to the human literature and art.
