偏远山区真空开关状态的远程监控

摘要 农村配电网的真空开关运行时容易发生短路故障、单相接地等故障,使得在电力系统运行过程中存在诸多不安全隐患.故此,本文在分析偏远山区真空开关的工作环境和工作特点的基础上,给出一种智能控制器的设计方案和操作流程.该控制器以带有电流互感器的STM32控制芯片为核心,利用GSM网络资源为无线传输方式.通过在原有10kV线路的真空开关上安装这种控制器,实现对真空开关状态的远程监控,从而达到实时性、可靠性、安全性的目的,进而推动偏远山区农网向智能化发展. The vacuum switch running in the rural distribution network is likely to occur faults,such as shortcurrent fault,single-phase grounding,etc.,which make the operation of power system have a lot of unsafe factors.Therefore,this paper gives a smart controller design and operating procedures based on analyzing the remote areas vacuum switch's working environment and working features.This equipment takes the STM32 control chip with current transformer as the core,and uses the GSM network as the wireless transmission mode.By setting this smart controller for original 10 kV lines in remote area,the long-distance monitor and control for the status of switch is achieved.Meanwhile,the purposes of real-time,reliability and security are realized,so as to promote the remote rural grid to intelligent development.
