Improvement and Application of Spiral Coal Unloader in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

太原选煤厂为了解决冬季经常出现的铁路入厂原煤冻结在车厢内壁不易卸车的问题,对2台螺旋卸煤机进行了技术改造,在大绞笼螺旋卸煤机构的两端,设计增加了2个钢丝刷横向旋转清扫装置,对车厢内壁进行清扫作业,达到有效清除车厢内壁冻煤的目的。通过改造,完善了螺旋卸煤机的功能,对于车厢内壁冻煤的清理,有了更加有效的处理方式,不仅快捷方便,而且节省了人力物力,减轻了卸车压力,提高了卸煤作业的效率,有较好的推广应用价值。

In order to solve the problem of unload incoming raw coal freezing on the inner wall of the carriage in winter,two spiral coal unloaders are reformed in Taiyuan coal preparation plant. Two wire brush transverse rotating cleaning devices are designed to be added at the both ends of the big grinding cage spiral coal unloading machanism to clean the inner wall of the carriage,and achieves the purpose of effective removing the frozen coal in carriage wall.Through transforming,improves function of spiral coal unloader,effectively removing the frozen coal in carriage wall.It is not only quick and convenient,but also saves manpower and material resources,reduces the pressure of unloading,improves the efficiency of coal unloading operation,has a good popularization and application value.
