低压直联同步拖动方案在提升机系统的应用

摘要 目前,在大型提升机系统中广泛采用基于中压(3 150 V)的悬臂直联同步拖动方案。但对于中小型提升机,由于成本、技术等因素的限制,仍然以异步电机+减速箱驱动方式为主。本文以晋煤集团龙湾煤矿副井提升机为例,介绍了中小功率提升机驱动方式的现状,提出了低压直联同步驱动的解决方案,通过技术、经济的比较,决定采用低压(690 V)悬臂直联同步拖动方案。这种新的拖动方式将成为今后中小型提升机拖动方式的发展方向。 At present in the large- scale mine hoist system an overhang direct link synchronous driving scheme based on medium voltage( 3 150 V) has been widely used. But for small and medium- sized mine hoist,due to some cost,technical and other reasons,they still use asynchronous motor and gearbox driving as main solution. This paper takes the auxiliary shaft hoist in Longwan coal mine of Jincheng coal group as illustration,introduces the current situation of the driving mode of small and medium power hoist. Put forward the solution of low voltage( 690 V) overhang direct link synchronous driving. Through the comparison of technology and economy,the solution is adopted. This new driving mode will become the future development direction of the small and medium- sized hoist drive mode.
