摘要
针对高职高专的教学特点,根据我校食品工艺与检测专业的改革需求,重构了食品机械与设备课程体系,调整了教学内容,改进了教学方法,开设了第二课堂,提高了学生对食品机械与设备课程的学习兴趣,拓宽了教学内容,取得了良好的教学效果。
According to the teaching requirements of higher vocational colleges and the reform of food processing and detection major, this essay makes a study on the reconstruction of the course system of food machinery and equipment by adjusting teaching content, improving teaching method, opening the after-class classroom, etc., so as to raise the students' learning interests in the course, broaden the teaching content and get a good teaching effect.
