摘要
目的:探讨医学生学习行为规范度与职业生涯认知的现状及二者之间的关系。方法:采用自制的医学生学习行为规范度和职业生涯认知调查表对某综合性大学医学生进行调查,采取分层整群抽样的方法,对786名在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生学习行为规范度属于一般规范;医学生职业生涯认知在年级、生源地、是否有职业生涯规划和职业生涯规划知识知晓程度上存在差异;医学生学习行为规范度与职业生涯认知存在正相关。
Objective: to find out medical students' learning behavior and their perception of their future career. Methods: learning behav- iors of 786 medical students and their perception of their future career were measured. Results: their learning behaviors were average. Medical students perception of their future career differs according to which year of college they are in, their hometown, whether or not they have career plan. The study revealed a positive correlation between students' learning behavior and their perception of their future career.
