开展科研团队模式是高校培养创新人才的重要手段。针对目前药学大学生教育中创新能力培养问题,从课外活动制度、阶梯化团队建设、课外科技活动团队的运作、课外科技活动中对大学生的激励几方面分别进行分析和总结。

Team work can be used in extracurriculum activities to foster creative skills for Pharmaceutical students. This paper describes the rules of those activities and smnmarizes the strengths and weakness of them.
