牙周病患者实施牙周基础治疗对正畸治疗的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗牙周病患者临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院68例牙周病伴错牙合畸形患者临床治疗情况,其中33例采用牙周基础治疗,为对照组;另35例采用牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗,为实验组。于治疗前、治疗后4个月分别检PD、AL、SBI、PLI及BOP;并评价两组患者治疗前后咀嚼效能。结果:治疗后,两组患者PD、AL、SBI、PLI及BOP均较治疗前显著改善,实验组改善程度较对照组显著,P<0.05;治疗后,实验组咀嚼效能(84.19±2.62)%、对照组(70.85±3.72)%,均较治疗前显著提高,实验组提高程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于牙周基础治疗上加正畸治疗可增加患者牙齿稳定性,提高其咀嚼功能。
