摘要 风机基础环是连接塔筒和混凝土基础的关键部件。结合我国东部某风电场出现的基础环故障,从设计、施工及运行等方面,对风机基础环松动的原因进行了调查分析,认为基础环下法兰处混凝土存在损伤破坏。采取注浆方法对基础进行加固,详细阐述了水钻孔排查、灌浆材料选择、清孔、注浆等关键工序。可供风机基础设计、施工及处理同类事故参考。 The foundation ring of wind turbine is a key component connecting the tower and concrete foundation. Combined with the fault of foundation ring in a wind farm located at the east of China,the reasons about loose foundation ring of the wind turbine were investigated and analyzed from the aspects of design,construction and operation etc.,and it showed that the damage and fracture of concrete existed in the flange under the foundation ring. The grouting method was used to reinforce the foundation,and the key processes such as water drilling investigation,grouting material selection,hole cleaning,grouting and so on were described in detail. It can provide reference for the design and construction of wind turbine,as well as the treatment of similar accidents.
