闭环式管理模式对提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率效果研究 被引量:42

摘要 目的探讨闭环式管理模式对提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率效果。方法将2014年7月—2015年6月收入新生儿重症监护室的早产儿作为干预主体,成立母乳喂养促进小组,以提高母乳喂养率为目标,采取闭环式管理模式对早产儿母亲及家庭从入院即开始进行泌乳指导;建立住院新生儿家庭与医护互动微信平台;使用母乳日记鼓励产妇详细记录泌乳情况,并由专业泌乳指导护士评估并给予指导;通过电话回访获取不送乳家庭原因,给予指导。结果早产儿家庭每月日平均母乳喂养率由40.56%升至65.77%。以季度为单位,比较母乳喂养率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论母乳喂养专业团队运用闭环式管理模式能切实有效提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率。
