大枫子膏治疗成人慢性湿疹疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Dafengzi Ointment in the Treatment of Adult Chronic Eczema

目的:评价大枫子膏局部涂擦治疗成人慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的61例成年慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(31例),两组均在内服抗敏1号方加减的基础上治疗,治疗组给予大枫子膏外涂,2次/d,对照组给予冰黄肤乐软膏外涂,2次/d,4周为1个疗程。记录及比较治疗前后两组患者的各症状积分,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率87.09%(P>0.05),无显著性差异。两组患者治疗第1、2、3、4周的皮损面积、红斑/丘疹、瘙痒各项评分组间比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的粗糙/角化/脱屑程度比较从第2周开始具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在浸润/苔藓样变、睡眠影响方面比较两组患者从第3周开始出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:大枫子膏治疗成人慢性湿疹疗效肯定,且未见严重不良反应。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dafengzi ointment in treating adult chronic eczema. Methods：61 adults meeting the selecting criteria of chronic eczema were randomly divided into the trerapy group with 30 cases and the control group with 31 cases. Both groups received No.1 Formula for Anti-anaphylaxis as a basic treatment. The trerapy groups was given Dafengzi ointment（2 times a day）,and the control group was given Binghuangfule ointment（2 times a day）,both for external use. And the treatment last 4 weeks. The symptom integral of two groups of patients were recorded and compared before and after the treatment,and evaluate them the clinical curative effect. Results：The total effective rate of the trerapy and control group was 100% and 87.09% respectively. The difference in the clinical effect between groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between groups in relieving skin lesion area,erythema,papule and pruritus（P〉0.05）. Comparing with the control group,the trerapy group could significantly relieve rough,keratin,desquamation since 2 weeks. Comparing with the control group,the trerapy group could significantly relieve lichenification,improve sleep quality since 3 weeks. Conclusion：Dafengzi ointment has quite valid curative effect on adult chronic eczema,and no serious adverse reactions.
