白芍不同炮制品的镇痛、镇静、抗炎作用比较 被引量:44

摘要 目的:比较生白芍、炒白芍、酒白芍、醋白芍的镇痛、镇静、抗炎作用差异,为临床合理炮制提供理论依据。方法:通过小鼠温浴热缩尾法、小鼠强迫游泳实验、小鼠耳肿胀抗炎法分别观察生白芍、炒白芍、酒白芍、醋白芍等白芍不同炮制品的镇痛、镇静、抗炎作用,采用单因素方差分析和多重比较白芍不同炮制品的药理作用差异。结果:炒白芍、酒白芍、醋白芍均可增加小鼠基础痛阈值,但酒白芍、醋白芍的镇痛作用优于生白芍、炒白芍;生白芍、炒白芍、酒白芍、醋白芍均有一定的抗炎作用,降低小鼠耳廊肿胀度,但组间差异不明显;生白芍、炒白芍、酒白芍、醋白芍均能延长小鼠4 min内游泳不动时间,但酒白芍、醋白芍的镇静作用优于生白芍、炒白芍。结论:白芍不同炮制品均具有镇痛、镇静、抗炎的作用,但酒白芍、醋白芍的镇痛、镇静作用明显增强,白芍合理、规范的传统炮制方法具有重要临床意义,应继续加强发扬。 Objective:To compare the the effect of Different Processing Technigue on Analgesic,sedative,anti-inflammatory in Radix Paeoniae Alba,provide a theoretical basis for rational clinical Processing. Methods:The Analgesic,sedative,anti-inflammatory of Radix Paeoniae Alba without processing,Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by pure sauteed,Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by wine sauteed and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by vinegar sauteed were observed by Warm bath shrink mouse tail method,forced swimming test in mice,mouse ear swelling anti-inflammatory Act,the result were analyzed bi ANOVA and multiple comparisons. Results:Radix Paeoniae Alba could prolong mice pain threshoids after heat stimuiation,but Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by wine sauteed and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by vinegar sauteed were better than Radix Paeoniae Alba without processing and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by pure sauteed. Radix Paeoniae Alba had a certain anti-inflammatory effects,could reduce the length of the mouse auricular swelling,but no significant difference between groups,Radix Paeoniae Alba could extend 4min swim immobility time of mice,but Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by wine sauteed and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by vinegar sauteed were better than Radix Paeoniae Alba without processing and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by pure sauteed. Conclusion:Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by different method all have analgesic,sedative,anti-inflammatory,but in sedative,anti-inflammatory,Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by wine sauteed and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by vinegar sauteed were better than Radix Paeoniae Alba without processing and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed by pure sauteed,so Reasonable and standardized traditional processing methods of Radix Paeoniae Alba have important clinical significance,should continue to strengthen forward.
