摘要
目的:泌尿系统疾病是临床的常见病和多发病,民间常用野生中草药治疗,该文调查泉州区域治疗泌尿系统疾病的野生中草药种类,调查当地对此类中草药的使用方法,为临床使用及新药开发提供依据。方法:野外实地考察、标本采集及查阅相关文献资料,同时走访当地的一些民间医生,在此基础上对该区域中治疗泌尿系统疾病的野生中草药种类进行归纳与分析。结果:泉州区域有治疗泌尿系统疾病的野生中草药种类47科77属84种,其中蕨类植物6科8属8种,被子植物中双子叶植物34科59属65种,单子叶植物7科10属11种。这些植物中有82%是草本植物,其余是灌木或小乔木。其中53.57%具清热功效、17.86%具利水渗湿作用、5.95%具活血祛瘀作用等。结论:该文对泉州区域治疗泌尿系统疾病的野生中草药种类的调查,为当地政府开发利用野生中草药资源提供了重要的资料。
Objective:Diseases of urinary system are the commonest and frequently encountered diseases in the clinical field,usually treated by using wild Chinese medicinal plants in the folk. This paper has investigated the species of wild Chinese medicinal plants for treating urinary diseases as well as the use of them in Quanzhou city to provide the basis for clinical application and new drug development. Methods:Based on field investigation,specimen collection and literature reference,and interviews with local folk doctors,inductive analysis of the species of wild Chinese medicinal plants for treating urinary diseases in this area has been made. Results:After investigation and study,we discovered that there are 47 families,77 genera,84 species of wild Chinese medicinal plants for treating urinary diseases in Quanzhou city,of which 6 families,8 genera,8 species belong to pteridophytes;among the angiosperms,dicotyledons account for 34 families,59 genera,65 species;monocotyledons take up 7 families,10 genera,11 species. Of all the plants mentioned above,82% are herbaceous plants and the rest are shrubs or small arbors. In respect to curative effect,53.57% have the efficacy of clearing heat,17.86% of promoting urination and leaching out damp,and 5.95% of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion:This paper has explored the species of wild Chinese medicinal plants for treating urinary diseases in Quanzhou city to provide the basis for the local government to develop and utilize them.
