摘要
目的:对比存在营养风险的老年患者单纯肠内营养与肠内营养加益气活血法治疗的临床疗效。方法:118例需进行营养支持的存在营养风险的老年患者,随机分为对照组(单纯肠内营养支持组,n=54)和治疗组(肠内营养支持加用益气活血组,n=64),比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后2周、4周时Hb、PA、TF、TP、ALB等营养指标及症状评分、并发症的发生率等方面的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者2周及4周HGB、ALB及PA均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者并发症的发生率低于肠外营养支持组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者症状评分治疗后较治疗前均有降低,两组无明显差异。结论:肠内营养支持加用益气活血法可更好的改善患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,是存在营养风险的老年患者较好的营养支持治疗方案。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects on aged patients with nutritional risks with single enteral nutrition(EN)support and EN combined with tonifingqi and activating blood method. Method:118 aged patients with nutritional risks who need EN support were divided into two groups according to each patient's willing:EN combined with SQABC(treatment group,n=64)and single EN support(control group,n=54). Nutritional indexes,such as Hb,PA,TF,TP and ALB,symptom score and incidence of complications were compared between patients in two groups pre and pro EN support(after two weeks and four weeks respectively). Results:Nutritional Index Comparison:compared with the indexes before the EN support,TP,ALB and PA increased obviously(P〈0.05)by EN support after two weeks and four weeks,and the indexes of treatment group are higher than the control group;Complications:the incidence of complications in EN group is lower than that in parenteral nutrition group,which is statistically significant(P〈0.05);Symptom Store:in both groups,the symptom scores after treatment are lower than those before treatment,and the difference has no statistical significance. Conclusion:The treatment of EN support combined with SQABC can improve the nutritional status of patients and decrease the incidence of complications. Therefore,it is a better EN therapeutic scheme for aged patients with nutritional risks.
