奚九一“一边黄洗剂”治疗郁积性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of the XI Jiuyi“Yibianhuang Lotion”in the Treatment of Stasis Dermatitis

目的:探讨奚九一"一边黄洗剂"治疗郁积性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:收集我院收治的郁积性皮炎患者32例,给予"一边黄洗剂"治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患者的皮损面积、经皮氧分压水平、临床症状严重程度以及临床疗效进行检测。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后患者各指标改善较为显著,具体表现为:1治疗后患者皮损面积较小(P<0.05);2治疗后患者经皮氧分压水平升高(P<0.05);3治疗后患者VCSS评分下降(P<0.05);4患者治疗后的总有效率为96.88%。结论:奚九一"一边黄洗剂"能够显著改善郁积性皮炎患者的临床症状、升高其经皮氧分压水平、减小皮损面积,且临床疗效显著,对临床有指导意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the nine one＂Yibianhuang Lotion＂in the treatment of stasis dermatitis. Methods：32 patients with stasis dermatitis from our hospital were selected and treated by nine one＂Yibianhuang Lotion＂. The skin lesion area,percutaneous oxygen partial pressure,clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were tested after treatment. Results：Compared with before treatment,the indexes of patients improved obviously,specific performance：①Compared with before treatment,the skin lesion area were smaller（P〈0.05）;②The percutaneous oxygen partial pressure were higher（P〈0.05）; ③The VCSS score were lower（P〈0.05）; ④The total effective rate was 96.88%. Conclusion：XI Jiuyi＂Yibianhuang Lotion＂can significantly improve the stasis dermatitis in patients with clinical symptoms and increased the transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure,reduced the lesion area and the clinical efficacy is significant,the clinical has guiding significance.
