麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Observation the Efficacy of Heart Musk Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Artery Disease

目的:通过观察冠心病心绞痛患者在西医标准化治疗的基础上加服麝香保心丸是否能提高其临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为2组,各30例,对照组予常规西医标准化治疗,试验组在常规西医标准化治疗的基础上加服麝香保心丸,疗程为4周,4周后检测血常规、尿常规、肝功、肾功、血脂及心电图。结果:试验组心绞痛症状、中医症状、心电图改善及血脂降低情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合西医标准化治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效优于单纯的西医标准化治疗。

Objective：To observe the the clinical efficacy whether can improve the patients with coronary artery disease on the basis of the standard treatment of Western medicine,and add heart musk pill（HMP）. Methods：The 60 cases of chronic stable coronary artery disease patients are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group,the control group received conventional oral Western standard drug therapy,and the treatment group uses HMP on the oral Western standard drug therapy in treatment of chronic stable coronary artery disease for 4 weeks,observing after treatment of two groups with efficacy of angina symptoms,TCM symptoms,electrocardiogram,the changes of blood lipid and liver and kidney function,routine blood and urine,compared two groups of patients with efficacy of angina symptoms,TCM symptoms scores,the ECG and lipids of TG,CHOL,LDL-C after treatment efficacy of the experimental group. Results：After treatment,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of the patients with coronary artery disease on the basis of the standard treatment of Western medicine add HMP is better than the pure Western medicine standard treatment.
