健脾扶正祛邪方对结肠癌术后患者临床疗效及预后影响

Effect of Clinical Response and Prognosis on Treating Colon Cancer Patients with Jianpi Fuzheng Quxie Decoction

目的:探究健脾扶正祛邪方对结肠癌术后患者临床疗效及预后的影响。方法:选取我院收治的结肠癌术后患者70例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,每组各35例,其中对照组在给予口服氨鲁米特抗癌药物治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予健脾扶正祛邪方治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,检测临床有效率及各临床症状积分的改善情况;出院后随访1年,对比两组患者的复发率。结果:1经治疗后,两组患者各临床症状均有好转,实验组患者治疗后总有效率为91.43%,对照组患者治疗后总有效率为82.86%,实验组有效率明显高于对照组,两组结果有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);2经治疗后,两组患者腹胀腹痛、大便脓血、食少纳呆等症状积分均有所下降,其中实验组下降程度较对照组更为明显,两组结果有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);3出院后随访1年,可发现部分患者有复发,其中实验组的复发率为5.71%,对照组的复发率为11.43%,实验组复发率明显低于对照组,两组结果有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术是结肠癌的主要治疗手段,在术后配合使用健脾扶正祛邪方中药汤剂,能够有效改善各临床症状、降低抗癌药的毒副作用、提高临床有效率、减少肿瘤复发率,并对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：Explore the effect of clinical response and prognosis on treating colon cancer patients with Jianpi Fuzheng Quxie Decoction. Methods：Select 70 cases of patients with postoperative colorectal cancer treated in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table. Each group of 35 patients,the control group were given orally aminoglutethimide anticancer drug in thetreatment,the experimental group were given Jianpi Fuzheng Quxie Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment. Two groups were in a month for a period of treatment,for 2 course of treatment.After treatment,detected the improvement of the clinical efficient and symptom integral;follow-up of 1 year after discharge,compared two groups of patients with recurrence rate. Results：（1）After the treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved,the total efficiency of the experimental group was 91.43%,the control group was 82.86%,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）After treatment,two groups of patients with abdominal distension abdominal pain,the symptom such as purulent blood stool,eat less stay integral are decreased,the degree of experimental group decreased more than the control group,two groups have significant difference（P〈0.05）.（3）Follow-up of 1 year after discharge,and can be found that some patients had a relapse,the recurrence rate was 5.71%,while the control group recurrence rate was 11.43%,the experimental group recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Surgery is the main method for the treatment of colon cancer,with Jianpi Fuzheng Quxie Decoction after the operation,could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the toxicity and side effects of anticancer drugs,improve clinical efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor,and the clinical has guiding significance,is worth the clinical promotion.
