中药熏洗联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗肛肠术后肛门瘙痒临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Patients with Anal Pruritus after Anorectal Operation by Herbal Fumigation Combined with Methylene Blue Partial Closur

目的:探讨中药熏洗联合亚甲蓝局部封闭对肛肠术后肛门瘙痒的临床疗效及复发率影响研究。方法:选取我院2013年8月—2015年4月肛肠科肛肠术后肛门瘙痒患者142例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组74例与对照组68例。对照组采用中药熏洗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗,比较两组患者的症状改善时间、临床疗效、症状积分及复发情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组症状改善时间较短(P<0.01),除皮肤色素沉着外,其他症状积分较低(P<0.05),总有效率较高(P<0.05),术后6个月复发率较低(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗肛肠术后肛门瘙痒效果显著,且药物安全、疗效稳定。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect in patients with anal pruritus after anorectal operation by herbal fumigation combined with methylene blue partial closure. Methods：142 cases with anal pruritus after anorectal operation from 2013.8 to 2015.4 of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with herbal fumigation,and the observation group was treated with herbal fumigation combined with methylene blue partial closure. Symptom improvement time,clinical effect,symptom score and recurrence were compared before and after thetreatment. Results：Compared with the control group,the symptoms of the observation group were shorter（P〈0.01）,and the other symptoms were lower expect the score of pigmentation of skin（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate was higher（P〈0.05）,and the recurrence rate was lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Herbal fumigation combined with methylene blue partial closure have a good clinic effect in patients with anal pruritus after anorectal operation and the drug is safety and stable curative effect.
