帕瑞昔布联合参麦注射液对胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者免疫功能影响

Effect on the Immunity by Parecoxib Combined with Shenmai Injection in Patients with Lung Cancer Radical Resection

目的:探讨帕瑞昔布联合参麦注射液对胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者免疫功能的影响。方法:收集我院以非小细胞肺癌为诊断收入院拟行胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者82例,所有患者均根据自身病情采用胸腔镜肺癌根治术。术后对照组予以参麦注射液。实验组在对照组基础上加用帕瑞昔布。两组均予以常规抗感染、补液等支持对症治疗。分别于患者手术前、术后第2天及第7天进行细胞免疫因子、体液免疫测定,并进行VRS疼痛分级评估。结果:1治疗后两组患者细胞免疫因子CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞均呈现术后第2天下降、第7天上升趋势,与对照组比较,实验组下降及上升均更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗后两组患者体液免疫Ig A、Ig G、Ig M呈现术后第2天下降、第7天上升趋势,与对照组比较,实验组下降及上升均更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3实验组手术后第2天、第7天VRS疼痛等级均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕瑞昔布联合参麦注射液能更显著改善胸腔镜肺癌根治术后患者机体免疫功能,对改善疾病预后、提高患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect on the immunity by parecoxib combined with ShenmaiInjection in patients with lung cancer radical resection. Methods：82 patients with lung cancer radical resection from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment. All patients were treated with thoracic surgery under the condition of their own disease. The control group were treated by Shenmai Injection after operation. The experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with the parecoxib. Two groups were both treated by compliance with infection,fluid replacement and other supporting symptomatic.The cellular immune factor,humoral immunity and VRS pain grade were tested and compared before operation,second days and 7 days after operation. Results：①Compared with before treatment,the CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell were lower in second days after operation（P〈0.05）,and higher in 7 days after operation（P〈0.05）,and the experiment group were more obviously（P〈0.05）.②Compared with before treatment,the Ig A,Ig G and Ig M were lower in second days after operation（P〈0.05）,and higher in 7 days after operation（P〈0.05）,and the experiment group were more obviously（P〈0.05）.③Compared with the control group,the VRS pain rating were lower in second days and seventh days after operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Parecoxib combined with Shenmai Injection can significantly improve the thoracoscopic lung cancer radical postoperative immune function of patients,and to improve the prognosis of the disease,it is important to improve the quality of life of the patients.
