步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Step Metacentric Granule Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:观察分析稳心颗粒在治疗心律失常中的疗效及不良反应。方法:选取我院心血管内科住院的心律失常患者106例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组53例,给予步长稳心颗粒口服;对照组53例,给予盐酸普罗帕酮口服,均观察4周。监测治疗前、后检查普通心电图和动态心电图,每周1次;检查电解质、肝肾功能及血、尿常规。结果:治疗组的总有效率是88%,对照组的总有效率是82%,2组治疗效果相比较,P>0.05,无显著差异。治疗组中,患者电解质,血、尿常规及肝、肾功能无不良影响。结论:步长稳心颗粒用于治疗心律失常安全无毒副作用,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect analysis of metacentric granule in the treatment of arrhythmia and adverse reactions. Methods：Selection of our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine in 106 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group（53 cases,give step metacentre grain oral;the control group of 53 cases,given propafenone hydrochloride oral,4 weeks were observed. Treatment before and after normal ecg and dynamic ecg examination,1 times a week;check the electrolyte,liver and kidney function and blood and urine routine. Results：Treatment group total effectiveness is 88%,control group total effective rate is 82%,compared two groups treatment effect,P〈0.05,no significant difference. In the treatment group,patients with electrolyte,blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function had no adverse effect. Conclusion：Step metacentric particles used in the treatment of arrhythmia safe non-toxic side effects,curative effect and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
