地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮疗效及对患者生活质量影响

Treatment Efficacy and Effect on Quality of Life in Patients of Diosmin Combined with Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment Hemorrhoids

目的:分析和研究地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2014年2月—2015年3月痔疮患者82例,将其按奇偶数字法随机分为联合治疗组与单独用药组,每组各有患者41例。单独用药组患者予以药物地奥司明片治疗;联合治疗组患者在单独用药组治疗基础上辅以麝香痔疮膏治疗,将两组患者治疗效果、复发情况和生活质量进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗总效率相比较:联合治疗组高于单独用药组,P<0.05。两组患者1年内复发率相比较:联合治疗组低于单独用药组,P<0.05。两组生活质量比较:联合治疗组高于单独用药组,P<0.05。结论:将地奥司明片与麝香痔疮膏联合应用于痔疮患者治疗中,临床效果确切,可减少复发率,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective：To analysis and research by diosmin combined with musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids and impact on quality of life of patients. Methods：82 patients with hemorrhoids were selected from February 2014 to March 2015,and were randomly divided into treatment group and single medication group,41 cases in each group. Single drug groups to be drug diosmin tablets in the treatment;combined treatment group patients in the single drug treatment group combined with musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment,two groups of patients treatment effect,recurrence,and quality of life were compared. Results：The total effective rate of the two groups were compared：the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single drug group,P〈0.05. The two groups of patients with recurrence rate in 1 years：the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single drug group,P〈0.05. The quality of life in the two groups was higher than that in the treatment group,P〈0.05. Conclusion：While diosmin and musk hemorrhoids ointment combined application in the treatment of hemorrhoids patients and clinical curative effect,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of the patients. It is worthy to be popularized.
