The length of weaving section between the entrance and exit of interchange area directly influences the service level of road. Taking the reconstruction scheme of an interchange as an example,new idea for highway design is reflected through quantitative calculation of the level of weaving section,and good social and economic benefits are obtained from selected recommendation scheme.
