摘要
目的探讨TNF-α在干眼症患者结膜细胞的表达。方法选择2014年1月~2015年6月确诊为干眼症患者28例以及以眼干为主诉确诊为非干眼症的31例为研究对象。比较两组BUT水平、基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer’s Test)结果,TNF-α定量PCR检测结果 ,分析干眼症患者TNF-α与BUT水平、Schirmer’s Test结果的相关性。结果干眼症组患者BUT水平、Schirmer’s Test结果显著低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。干眼症组患者TNF-α mRNA定量PCR检测结果(1.55±0.26),对照组(0.99±0.18),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。干眼症患者TNF-α mRNA与BUT具有显著负相关的关系(r=-0.691)。干眼症患者TNF-α mRNA与Schirmer’s Test具有显著负相关的关系(r=-0.917)。结论干眼症患者结膜细胞TNF-α mRNA显著升高,并且与BUT水平、Schirmer’s Test结果呈显著负相关的关系,说明TNF-α参与了干眼症的发生及发作,与患者病变严重程度具有密切相关性。
Objective To discuss expression of TNF-α in conjunctival cells of patients with dry eye disease. Methods From Jan 2014 to Jun 2015, 28 cases with dry eye disease and 31 cases with complaints of dry eye syndrome but diagnosed non dry eye disease were selected as subjects. BUT, Schirmer's Test results of two groups were compared. The correlation between the level of TNF-α, BOT and the results of Schirmer's Test were analyzed. Results BUT, Schirmer's Test results of dry eye group was lower than control group(P〈0.01). TNF-α mRNA quantitative PCR test result of dry eye group was(1.55±0.26), and control group was(0.99±0.18), which showed significant difference(P〈0.01). TNF-αm RNA in patients with dry eye showed negative correlation with BUT(r=-0.691). TNF-α m RNA in patients with dry eye showed negative correlation with Schirmer's Test(r=-0.917). Conclusion TNF-α mRNA in conjunctival cells of patients with dry eye disease increases significantly, and are negative correlation with BUT and Schirmer's Test, which shows TNF-α participates the occurrence of dry eye disease, and has close relationship with the severity.
