Effect of Lauren Classification on the Prognosis with Patients of Gastric Carcinoma after surgery

目的探讨Lauren分型对胃癌术后患者预后评估的影响,为胃癌术后治疗方案提供参考。方法回顾性分析100例胃癌患者的临床资料,分析患者病理切片,并结合其肿瘤部位实施Lauren分型。结果Ⅰ型21例、Ⅱ型48例、Ⅲ型31例;各类型患者生存率分别为66.7%、75.0%、54.8%。3组生存率比较,T期、N期生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ型患者预后明显优于Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型(P<0.05)。Lauren分型与胃癌患者预后相关(r=0.261,P<0.05)。胃癌患者预后影响的独立性因素为Lauren分型和T分期及N分期。结论 Lauren分型可有效判断胃癌术后患者预后,为胃癌患者术后治疗提供有力参考依据。

Objective The effect of Lauren Classification on the prognosis with patients of gastric carcinoma after surgery was investigated, so as to provide a reference for postoperation of gastric carcinoma treatment. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of gastric carcinoma patients were retrospective analyzed, so as to analyze pathological sections of patients and implement Lauren Classification which combined with the tumor location. Results There were 21 cases of type I, 48 cases of type Ⅱ and 31 cases of type Ⅲ, and the survival rates of each type patients were 66.7%, 75.0% and 54.8%. The comparison of 3 types survival rates and the comparison between T stage and N stage, the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）. The prognosis of type Ⅱ patients was significant better than type I and type Ⅲ. According to correlation analysis, Lauren Classification was associated with prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients（r=0.261,P0.05）. The independent factors influencing the prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients were Lauren Classification, T stage and N stage. ConclusionLauren Classification can effectively determine the prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients after surgery, as well as providing powerful reference basis for the treatment of gastric carcinoma patients after surgery.
