综合康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

The Effects of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Care in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析综合康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床影响。方法选择92例老年COPD缓解期患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组及观察组,每组46例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组加行综合康复护理,比较两组临床疗效。结果干预1个月后,观察组生命质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.83%,显著高于对照组84.78%(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、肺活量(VC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、最大呼气中段平均流速(MMEF)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理可有效改善老年COPD患者肺功能,提高患者生命质量及护理满意度。

Objective The effects of comprehensive rehabilitation care in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） were analyzed. Methods 92 cases of patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group（n=46） and the observation group（n=46）.The control group received routine care and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation care. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results A month later, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%, which was significantly higher than the control group 84.78%（P〈0.05）.The forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV1）, vital capacity（VC）, peak expiratory flow rate（PEF） and maximal mid-expiratory flow curve（MMEF）of the observation group were significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation care has lots of advantages in elderly patients with COPD,such as improving pulmonary function,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score.
