腰椎不同部位CT值与骨密度的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腰椎不同部位CT值与骨密度的相关性。方法选用53例同时做L2-4腰椎骨密度和CT检查的患者,获取平均骨密度值、单节段骨密度值和腰椎不同部位CT值的相关性比较。结果平均骨密度与L2关节突关节、L3横突和棘突、L4棘突呈正相关(P<0.05);L2骨密度与L2各部位CT值无相关性(P>0.05);L3骨密度与L3横突、棘突呈正相关(P<0.05);L4骨密度与L4棘突呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论腰椎骨密度值与脊柱后方结构有高度相关性,腰椎CT作为一种三维成像技术,在骨质疏松症的诊疗中具有重要作用。 Objective The correlation of CT values in different parts of the lumbar spine and bone mineral density(BMD) was discussed. Methods L2-L4 spine density examination and lumbar CT were applied in 53 cases of patients, correlation analysis was made on mean BMD value, single segment BMD value and CT values in different part of lumbar spine. Results The mean BMD had a positive correlation with L2 facet joints, L3 transverse and spinous and L4 spinous process(P〈0.05), and there were no correlation between L2 BMD and CT values in different parts of L2(P〉0.05), and L3 BMD was positively correlated with L3 transverse process and spinous process(P〈0.05), and L4 BMD was positively correlated with L4 spinous process(P〈0.05). Conclusion Lumbar spine BMD highly correlation of the posterior spine, as a three-dimensional imaging technology, lumbar CT scanning has an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
