摘要
目的探讨留置针对CT检查的增强作用。方法整群选取该院2012年1月—2014年12月前瞻性研究100 d门诊CT检查患者,按照随机分组的原则,A组为50 d当中CT检查患者在进入扫描的期间躺在CT检查的床上后进行患者静脉留置针穿刺,将高压注射器与静脉留置针相连,之后增强CT扫描;B组为50 d当中患者在进入检查室等待做CT之前做好静脉穿刺,埋好静脉留置针步骤,然后在扫描间躺在检查床上后将高压注射器与静脉留置针相连,再次增强CT扫描;分析并比较A、B两组增强CT检查患者在占用检查室所用的时间以及增强CT检查的人数情况。结果A组与B组增强CT检查患者占用检查室时间分别为(14.50±1.30)min/人、(7.71±1.44)min/人,增强CT检查次数分别为(17.66±2.54)人/9 Am^12N、(32.22±5.69)人/9 Am^12N,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B组提前埋好静脉留置针的方法优于A组,可提高检查仪器的使用效率,提高检查人数。
Objective To discuss the function of indwelling needle in enhancing CT examination. Methods Outpatients with CT examination of prospective study of 100 d from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, during the period of entering scan, patients with CT examination given venous inserted needle puncture after lying in the CT examination bed in 50 d were regarded as group A, the high pressure injector was connected with venous indwelling needle, afterwards, CT scan was enhanced, patients completing venipuncture and embedding venous indwelling needle before waiting for CT examination after entering the examination room in 50 d was regarded group B, the high pressure injector was connected with venous indwelling needle in the scan room after lying in the examination bed, the CT scan was enhanced again, the time taking up the examination room and times enhancing CT examination of the two groups were compared. Results The time taking up the examination room of the two groups was respectively(14.50 ± 1.30)min per person and(7.71±1.44)min per person, the times enhancing CT examination of the two groups were respectively(17.66 ± 2.54)times/9 Am-12N、(32.22 ± 5.69) times/9 Am -12N,the differences between the two groups were obviously significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The method of embedding vein indwelling needle in advance in group B was better than that in group A,which can improve the use efficiency of examination instruments and improve examination numbers.
