摘要
目的分析小儿支气管哮喘患者急性发作期出现呼吸道感染的诊治方法。方法将整群选取的该院儿科2013年4月—2015年4月收治的84例小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,对所有患儿展开病原菌检测后,给予对照组临床常规治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用小青龙口服液,对两组患儿的临床治疗情况进行对比。结果 84例患儿共检出90株病原体,其中病毒52株(占57.8%),主要为合胞病毒(19株,占21.1%);细菌38株(占42.2%),主要为肺炎克雷伯菌(11株,占12.2%)。此外,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,咳嗽、哮鸣音、呼吸困难等症状的消失时间显著低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管哮喘患者急性发作期出现呼吸道感染主要由病毒及细菌引起,通过采取小青龙口服液对其展开治疗,可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,且疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory infection in children with bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation. Methods 84 children with bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation admitted in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were randomized into the control group and the observation group. After the detection of pathogens performed in both groups, the control group were given the clinical conventional treatment, and the observation group were given Xiaoqinglong Oral Liquid combined with the clinical conventional treatment. And the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results Of the 84 children, 90 strains of pathogens were detected, of which, there were 52 strains of viruses(57.8%), mainly syncytial virus(19 strains, 21.1%); 38 strains of bacteria(42.2%),mainly Klebsiella pneumoniae(11 strains, 12.2%). In addition, the overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group, the disappearing time of such symptoms as cough, wheezing rale, dyspnea and so on was significantly less in the observation group than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Respiratory infection in children with bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation is mainly caused by viruses and bacteria. Xiaoqinglong Oral Liquid can effectively and significantly relieve the clinical symptoms in children, which is worthy of application and promotion.
