摘要 目的探究核磁共振在膝骨关节炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取该院2013年4月—2015年8月收治的100例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,在征得患者知情同意下首先对其实施关节镜检查,随后实施核磁共振检查,以临床病理学诊断结果为诊断"金"标准,比较两种诊断方式诊断准确率、漏诊率。结果 100例膝骨关节炎患者临床病理学诊断结果为:半月板裂痕性损伤17例、韧带拉伤25例、韧带断裂28例、骨挫伤30例。关节镜检查诊断准确率为82%、漏诊率18%,而核磁共振检查诊断准确率为96%、漏诊率4%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振诊断膝骨关节炎准确率高,能够满足临床诊断需求,值得在临床诊断工作中推广使用。 Objective To investigate the application value of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 cases with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the subjects. Arthroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging was performed successively in the patients with the consent of them. And the results of clinical pathological diagnosis were used as the "golden" standard for comparing the diagnostic accurate rate and missed diagnosis rate of arthroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.Results The clinical pathological diagnosis results of the 100 cases with knee osteoarthritis showed that there were 17 cases of meniscus injury, 25 cases of ligament injury, 28 cases of ligament rupture, 30 cases of bone contusion. The diagnostic accurate rate and rate of missed diagnosis of arthroscopy was 82%, 18%, respectively, that of the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging was 96%, 4%, respectively, and the difference in the diagnostic accurate rate and rate of missed diagnosis between the two diagnostic methods was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis because of high diagnostic accurate rate, so it is worth popularizing in the clinical diagnosis.
